Online Banking Update
1st Capital Bank's Business and Personal Online Banking applications are being updated December 4th. The enhanced design will continue to have a user-friendly navigation and will allow you the ability to retrieve additional information and perform multiple tasks from a single page.
Here are some of the new features you can expect:
New Home Page
A new Home page will be your new landing page. This will replace the Snapshot page. From this Home page you will be able to view your account balances and any Unread Messages.
Enhanced Accounts Page
The Accounts page has been enhanced to provide you quick access to account activity and downloads, alert management, and transfers. A new sidebar on the left of the page will display up to 7 of your accounts (which you can designate), making it easy to toggle between your accounts as needed.
Services and Settings
Frequently used services and settings, such as passcode reset and stop payment requests, will become accessible from the Welcome header dropdown menu.
For the best user experience with the updated design, we recommend all customers who use Internet Explorer for their internet browser upgrade to Internet Explorer 11 prior to December 4, 2016.
